The Westwood is set in the grounds of Beverley’s former Grade II listed Georgian courthouse and has earned recommendations from the Michelin Guide, Sunday Times, the Independent and many more.

The vision of owner and chef director Matthew Barker has always been to champion the best produce from Yorkshire and a little further afield. The menu changes frequently, but expect to see dishes of prime beef, salmon, fish and Bridlington Bay lobster, all sourced from Yorkshire.

The OpenTable reviewer said “The quality of the cooking here is quite superb. That, allied to a constantly refreshed menu and specials, and very nice people make it as interesting a place to dine as you will find in this region”.
